Meet Our Team

Louis Busalacchi

President

Louis has successful business experience with companies specializing in Transportation, Industrial Crating, Lumber Sales, Wood Recycling, Warehousing, Distribution, Military, and Industrial Packaging.

Louis has been an accomplished sales leader in transportation and packaging, providing growth and leadership to a number of local and national companies. He has over 25 years of work history in transportation and wood crating industries; which allows him to provide a well-rounded and consultative approach to many supply-chain challenges facing businesses today.

Most recently, Louis worked for one of the largest family-owned transportation companies in the U.S., providing domestic and international transportation solutions, customs brokerage, and freight forwarding to companies worldwide.

Matthew Kromraj

Executive Vice President

Matthew has a strong background in the transportation industry, learning skills from the ground up. His experience includes warehousing, delivery driver and dispatching of drivers to the day-to-day operations, and owner of Tek Trucking, LLC, an equipment leasing company.

Matt prides himself on great driver rapport and a dedication to customer satisfaction. He has the knowledge, resources, and a great understanding of the transportation world in all aspects. He also has the hunger to learn an ever-changing industry and is determined to be proactive and adapt in a positive manner.
